Knob Creek is distilled under the direction of master distiller Fred Noe. Fred is the son of Knob Creek founder, Booker Noe, who first created and introduced Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
in 1992. This classic small batch bourbon was named after the creek which flows near where Abraham Lincoln grew up.
Nose: Thick caramel, oak, lightly toasted marshmallows, and a hint of vanilla greet you.
Palate: Peppy and full. Notes of candy floss and nut oil, a touch of spice and dark chocolate, a little spice and charred oak.
Finish: Long - with aged oak and rye spice mingle with a touch of leather.
