On Thursday, Sept 21 at 7:00pm - Whisky Drop is pleased to welcome Mike Brisebois (The Whisky Explorer) for a once-in-a-lifetime Black Bottle tasting. At this event we will be attempting to answer the age-old question, "did whiskies taste better back in our father's and grandfather's day?" For this special tasting Mike will be sharing a number of very rare Black Bottle expressions for this gathering including:
- Black Bottle 10 year (original)
- Black Bottle 10 year (new bottling)
- Black Bottle 90s (green bottle)
- Black Bottle 15 year (original)
- Black Bottle Double Cask
- Black Bottle from the 1930s (original recipe)
And the best news of all, because of Mike's incredible generosity (he is donating every bottle), 100% of the proceeds from this tasting will go to the Red Cross for Forest Fire Relief in Alberta and Ontario. Therefore we cannot honour any discounts for this product.
**NOTE** Because the whisky must travel from Ontario to Alberta, and things can happen in transit, the line-up is subject to change.
