Distilled in 1983 and matured over thirty-five years in a refill sherry butt, this 35 year old Teaninich was bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2018 to commemorate their 30th Anniversary as an independent bottler. It was bottled at the full cask strength and without additional colour added. Total outturn was 575 bottles worldwide.
Nose: Rich malt, dried apricots, lemon-citrus confectionaries and vanilla mingling with gentle smoke.
Palate: A beautiful waxy texture with a hint of peat and sea-salt, alongside cardamom, vanilla, passion fruit and rich malt.
Finish: Very soft and sweet with hints of tropical fruits.
