Bright red with notes of raspberries, black cherries, plums, spicy and earth. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and sweet red fruit backed by black pepper, cloves and spice.
Pair with roasted chicken, duck, New Zealand lamb and mint sauce, and salmon. Serving temperature 10-13
