This is our first vintage of the red wine we call Lost Inhibitions. We asked our selves: what would be possible if we lost all of our inhibitions, if we checked any pre-conceived notions at the door, and set out to create a truly spectacular wine that flooded all of the senses? It has been carefully crafted to be a big, rich wine with intense fruit flavours, soft tannins and velvety mouthfeel. The goal was to produce a wine that offers immense drinking pleasure early in its life, but that also carries enough structure to allow for cellaring into the medium term.
Dark red in colour, the wine opens with intense sweet black cherry and black currant aromas with hints of cocoa and vanilla.
On the palate, the wine is incredibly full, rich, and seductive. A symphony of black-fruited flavours flood the senses and compliment the incredibly silky, rich mouthfeel and fresh, cleansing acidity.
Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot.
