Sauvignon Blanc Peterson Vineyard
We’ve been making Sauvignon Blanc from Jon Peterson’s Vineyard in Kenwood for 30 years. They are the most flavourful grapes you can imagine. Our goal is to capture this flavour in the glass. We cold ferment the juice slowly in tanks to retain its freshness and tropical fruit flavours of pineapple and mango. It is dry, blossoms with remarkable aromatics and has a lingering finish.
