Inspired by Scottish and Irish whisk(e)y blending techniques, Doc's took two bourbons and blended them. This blend was then aged in PX Sherry (43%), Oloroso Sherry (37%) & Cognac (20%) casks to create an expressive, layered and smooth Bourbon that is bound to stimulate the senses.
Nose: Crackerjacks, caramel, nut brittle, dark cherries and chocolate covered caramels.
Palate: Marzipan, bright cherry, spearmint, whipped cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Rich and full-bodied. Nuts, cherries and spices.
