This white rum has been filtered through natural charcoal twice for clarity and purity. It is aged for a minimum of 3 years in 45-gallon ex-bourbon oak casks. Originates from the Diamond Distillery on the banks of the Demerara River just 6 degrees from the Equator.
Nose: Crisp with notes of coconut and icing sugar, some tart citrus with cocoa and buttery toffee.
Palate: Dry, medium body with notes of dark brown sugar, nutty notes with hay and coconut.
