Distillery: A marriage of casks of peated spirit distilled between 2013 and 2015, and aged from five to seven years in a combination of American oak and ex-sherry hogsheads, The eighth bottling of Bunnahabhain boasts fruity, savoury and peppery notes with a hint of bitter chocolate. Turnout -1896 bottles.
Nose: Dark orange chocolate, peach jam - rounded out by nutty, mature cheddar.
Palate: Peppery, fruity and homemade confectionery.
Finish: Long, mild café latte with hints of ginger and mango.
