Winemaker Ehren Jordan is a proven Pinot master, and works his magic here, using fruit from top Chehalem Mountain and Eola-Amity sites. The vineyards are a stellar representation of quality farming, mature vines and the distinct terroir of cool climates and distinctive soils that brings Pinot Noir to life. Bottomline - impeccable vineyards from the Northern Willamette Valley were used in the creation of this blend. The results are a well-integrated mix of fruit and barrel flavours, blackberries, black cherry, mocha and coffee. The ripe and focused tannins add notes of espresso and toasted hazelnuts; the wine is a sheer joy to drink.
