This exceptional expression is first fill sherry butt: distilled on 31st May 1988 and bottled on 24th November 2020. Total outturn: 489 bottles.
Nose: Intense, powerful, lots of dried fruits, plums, figs, Christmas spices, toffee, sherry funk, chocolate and hints of Acacia honey,
Palate: Punchy, oily, creamy, liquorice, more dried fruits: boiled apple and pear, sherry wine, dark chocolate and white pepper.
Finish: Long, warm, sweet, light malted with a nutty finish.
