Still: Custom-designed traditional Copper Pot Still
Base: 100% Penhold Rocky mountain malt
Distillation: Small-batch, 2x distilled
Oak Barrel: New and used American casks.
Nose - Dried fruits, honey, cloves and freshly cooked brioche on the nose.
Palate - Creamy mouthfeel initially hit the tongue. Delicate lightly roasted barley is tasted first and reveals soft vanilla cream, nutmeg and pleasant subtle pepper spiciness.
Finish - The spice peaks and falls to a clean finish, warm and pleasant.
