Wood Type: 5% 1st Fill European Oak Sherry. 12% 1st Fill American Oak Sherry. 48% 1st Fill Bourbon, 35% Hand-selected quality Oak Refill cask
Nose: Full of vanilla and banana, maple syrup, peaches, coconut, fruit soaked trifle sponge, hint of lime and mint.
Palate: Creamy and well-balanced, apple crumble, honey drizzled toast, green grape and gentle spice.
Finish: This richness from the palate builds in the warming, syrupy with hints of sweet oak and dates.
