Nose: Fresh and full of summery aromas, with apple, honey and floral notes all apparent. Brioche with light vanilla essence.
Palate: Like the nose, the palate is full of orchard fruits -apples, pears and damsons – along with a wisp of wood smoke and a hint of ginger.
Finish: Big, long finish of almonds and shortbread with a lingering sweetness.
