The 100% Islay 11th Edition was distilled from our 2007, 2009, 2010 & 2011 barley harvests before being matured in 26 bourbon barrels and 7 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 9 years.
Nose: Intense floral sweetness gives way to layers of rich spices, plums, dates and leather.
Palate: Grilled fruit, mild spices, malt and vanilla.
Finish: Waves of clean fresh peat smoke and citrus sweetness.
