Established in 2005, it represents the revival of traditional farm distilling; growing their barley before malting, distilling, maturing and bottling every drop of the 100% Islay range on site.
The whisky enthusiasts from Whisky Drop & Vines, tasted a selection of cask samples supplied by Kilchoman... Cask #323 was the favourite. The spirit flowed from the still on May 27th, 2015, sat quietly for the next 69 months in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt, the liquid taking on the richly sweet PX sherry influence as it matured in their Islay warehouse.

Nose: Driftwood campfire by the ocean, smokey with hints of salt.
Palate: Rich toffee, dark chocolate with hint citrus.
Finish: Medium in length, balanced smoke & sweet toffee.
