One of the Spanish brands with the greatest international presence, fruit of the vineyards that come entirely from Aguarón, one of the highest areas and with the highest quality production of the Cariñena PDO. This wine, produced mainly using indigenous varieties, pays homage to the famous Monasterio de las Viñas, built by the Cistercian monks in the 11th century, in a privileged place of the Sierra de Aguarón, whose widespread notoriety is in turn attributed to its spirituality as well as the great quality of its wines.
A fine ruby red color that’s starting to display some garnet reflections. Elegant aromas of red currants, tobacco and eucalyptus pervade the nose. Full bodied and intense flavors of cherries, red currants and balsamic touches. The finish is long and enjoyable.
