From the Cask Series 014, this expression was distilled at the Auchroisk Distillery in March 2006 and bottled in February 2021. It's is non-chill filtered and the colouring is natural from a refill bourbon hogshead cask. It was finished in an Oloroso Sherry cask prior to bottling. Total outturn was 264 bottles.
Nose: Loose Darjeeling tea and black treacle
Palate: Sweet, herbal, grassy
Finish: Waxy oven-baked lemons and a touch of aniseed.
