Old Malt Cask is unashamedly for connoisseurs of the finest expressions of Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This 15 year yld Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was distilled at the iconic Tamdhu distillery in 2007, then aged in a single sherry butt before being bottled 2022 by Hunter Laing & Co. for the Old Malt Cask series. Total worldwide outturn: 788 bottles.
Nose: Peppery, with a hint of orange peel and Caramel.
Palate: Milk chocolate, honey with a bit of damp forest floor on the back palate.
Finish: Long, with praline nuttiness.
