This single-cask single malt, released for The Single Malts of Scotland series, was distilled at the Glenlossie distillery December 2011. Displaying all the great flavour characteristics of the Spey region, the spirit was left to rest in a single hogshead cask for nine years before being bottled in April 2021. It is presented without chill filtration or colouring and is bottled at cask strength - so a drop of water is advisable.
Nose: Honey-nut Cheerios and fresh orchard fruit.
Palate: Buttery apple pastry a la mode. Keebler biscuits and nutmeg.
Finish: Caramel apples, orange zest and a touch of peppery heat.
