- Theorize sources fruit from all over the Napa Valley as well as California to make the best wine that we can possibly make year after year. We focus our efforts mostly in the Napa Valley, making a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon and then for fun we make a very unique Zinfandel that is blended from different appellations in California.

Tasting Notes from the Producer
Color: Shiny, yellow daffodil with touches of diamond
Nose: Explosion of apple pie, cloves, roasted almonds, vanilla and lemon curd.
Palate: Crisp, bright entrance with vibrant acidity with candied lemons, honeysuckle with rich spiced apple flavors, finishing with a nutty note
