Holding the impressive distinction of being Glasgow’s only grain distillery, Strathclyde was initially built by London distiller Seager Evans in 1927 on the site of an old cotton mill. This well-matured single grain from the Strathclyde Distillery was aged in a bourbon barrel for 26 years, from August 1993 to February 2020. Following that lengthy slumber there was only a small outturn of 191 bottles.
