Like smoke laying in a chilled valley, the scent is dirty but still bright with grassy malt, apples and pears. The mellow entry quickly evolves, a malt centre with dusty ashes, scraggly edges thick with peat overload the palate, brash layers building with each successive trial.
Nose: Honeyed spice beneath the sparkling edges of summer straw.
Palate: A light, dry entry moves briskly onto the palate, brown sugar, cinnamon, mingled in the pepper personality.
Finish: Prolonged finish brings warmth, sweet wisps and white pepper.
