Two types of cask are used for the maturation of this blended whisky: European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine, and American white oak used exclusively for whisky.
Nose: Floral and sweet malt. Raspberry biscuit, vanilla with a hint of butterscotch.
Palate: Red berry compote with caramel and dark chocolate.
Finish: Short to medium and soft but balanced. Mulled wine spices on the back palate.
