1. Before you can log in to your account you must confirm your email address. If you did not receive an account confirmation email when you first created your account, check your Junk Mail folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact info@whiskydrop.ca and we'll resend your confirmation.

2. Click Log In on the top right portion of the menu bar.

3. Enter your email address and password. (If the system doesn't recognize your email address, see step 1)

We offer a flexible delivery schedule. You can choose to have your order shipped every 1, 2, or 3 months. Once you place your first order, you can adjust your shipping frequency at any time from the top of your Account page. We'll only bill you on the months that you receive shipments. 

You can also skip an upcoming shipment by selecting the "Skip" button at the top of your Account page.

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. You will receive a Canada Post tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Whisky Drop subscribers receive that month’s whisky, detailed tasting notes, facts about the distillery, your Member Discount Code, and a special booklet for storing your tasting cards.

If you purchase any products without a subscription, you'll only receive the item you ordered.

We accept all major credit cards

Expedited shipping is included with the price of all our subscription products. 

All products purchased from the Bottle Shop have shipping calculated at checkout. 

As a precautionary measure, Canada Post has issued a statement that it will no longer be delivering packages requiring a signature to individual residences. Instead, a card will be left indicating the post office where your package can be picked up. Proper identification and signature will still be required. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
