Our first edition of whisky aged in barrels previously used to hold coffee beans. A novel development from Two Brewers crafted with care and savvy. Whisky barrels filled with fresh green coffee beans, emptied then refilled with whisky again lend an intriguing eccentricity to a bright and vibrant dram. Nectarous grain character and considered casking create the canvas made complete by the beans' unique contribution.
Nose: Earthy underpinnings support a bright nose, nutty cereal and dark berries.
Palate: Creamy clover honey tracks from entry, centered as tones of green tea and cedar encompass the palate.
Finish: Dry grains and oak emerge for the finish, touched by the enduring honey.
