The luxurious and traditional hand-crafted ceramic bottle, with platinum appliqué, holds an exquisite 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila aged for 7 years in Ex-French Cognac and Ex-American Bourbon barrels.
Long-time industry veteran Carlos Monsalve, founder and owner of Grand Mayan Tequila, has more than 20 years working in nearly every facet of the tequila business.
Prior to founding Grand Mayan, Carlos spent years working as a consultant to launch major international tequila brands and teaching courses to individuals looking to better understand the business of tequila brand creation, manufacturing and exportation.
Nose: Rich aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, dark chocolate and dried fruit.
Palate: Full-bodied, velvety and intense - with notes of sweet agave, caramel, honey and a pleasant spiciness from the long barrel ageing.
Finish: Elegant, long-lasting and complex, with nuances of oak, toffee and a fine smoky note.
