Château de Laubade is a farm and wine estate located in Sorbets, in the Gers region, in the heart of the most prestigious terroir of Bas-Armagnac. Built in 1870, the 105-hectare estate, all in one piece, has belonged to the Lesgourgues family for three generations.
Grapes were harvested exclusively from the estate and 100% from a single vintage. Simple, in-house distillation. Aging takes place on the estate using Gascony oak barrels for the utmost finesse.
Tasting Notes
Fruity aromas with hints of greengage, lightly oaked and well-balanced. Refined and powerful. Impressively round and full-bodied with notes of fruit, chocolate, and butter.
