Nestled on the edge of the Wild Atlantic Way, surrounded by a dramatic coastline and rugged landscapes, is the renowned home of the Dingle Distillery. Distilling began in 2012 and soon released a range of applauded Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskies.
La Le Bride is the second release from Dingle Distillery Circle of Life series with a speciality cask finish. It is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Rye casks.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey, crushed raspberries, custard creams, bourbon biscuits, butterscotch caramel.
Palate: Big bang spice, mixed herbs, chewy caramel, crystallised ginger, chopped mint.
Finish: Toffee dissolving on the tongue followed by spiced fruit.
