On Friday, February 27, 2026, at 7 pm, Whisky Drop is pleased to introduce the first tasting in our Whisky 101 series.
This inaugural tasting takes you through the six Scottish whisky regions, featuring quality drams that showcase what makes the Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside, Campbeltown, Islands, and Islay distinct.
We're not pouring boring "beginner" whiskies — these are proper, delicious examples of each region's character. Whether you're new to Scotch whisky or a seasoned connoisseur, you'll leave with a better understanding of how geography shapes flavour and which regions suit your taste.
No lengthy lectures, no pretentious tasting notes — just really good whisky, great company and a little bit of practical knowledge to share with your friends.
