Master Distiller Billy Walker thoughtfully finessed every drop of vintage auburn liquid in superior Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, expertly sourced from Spain. Matured in four first-class Sherry puncheons and hogsheads, you can anticipate intricate layers of forest fruits, rich espresso, sweet spice and dark chocolate truffles.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart.
Palate: Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystalised ginger.
Finish: Medium length with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.
