Two Stacks Canada Cloud Cask II is the second release from Travis Watt (PWS Imports), Jeremy Pue (White Cloud Productions) and Sean Kincaid (Dark Cloud Whisky).

This single-grain Irish Whisky was aged for 13 years and finished in a Passito di Pantelleria Wine Cask.

Passito di Pantelleria is a famous, intensely sweet Italian dessert wine from the volcanic island of Pantelleria. The wine is made from 100% Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) grapes, which are partially dried in the sun to concentrate their sugars.

Cask Finish: Passito Di Pantelleria Dessert Wine (9 Months)

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Slightly floral and wonderfully fresh—like walking through a mountain meadow with clean air and sun-warmed grasses. A gentle, grainy, grassy note comes forward, clearly reflecting the character of the distillate.

Palate: Honeysuckle sweetness opens things up, followed by hints of coconut and soft tropical fruit. These brighter flavours sit in harmony with the smooth single-grain foundation. Despite the 58% ABV, it drinks more like 48–50%: approachable, rounded, and impressively easygoing.

Finish: Long, warm, and silky, with the sweetness slowly tapering into a gentle grain character. A few drops of water reveal even more nuance and depth.
