This expression represents a departure from Benromach's traditionally smoky Speyside style, showcasing 100% unpeated single malt matured exclusively in first-fill sherry casks.
Producer's Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet and exceptionally complex with rich dried fruit, Medjool dates, raisins, and dark chocolate.
Palate: Sweet and lively. Dried fruit, faint leather and dark chocolate cherries giving way to heavy Christmas spice.
Finish: Surprisingly short with fading sherry and nutty notes.
