Refreshing and sweet, Bladnoch 13 is aged exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks for 13 years.
In 2015, entrepreneur David Prior acquired the Bladnoch Distillery and immediately began an extensive refurbishment.
After 2 years of renovations, whisky production resumed. That year, Bladnoch also celebrated its 200th anniversary, making it one of the oldest and largest privately owned Scotch distilleries.
In 2019, highly acclaimed Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage, joined the Bladnoch team.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Delicate floral with notes of honey, refreshing citrus and cut grass.
Palate: Floral Parma Violets with fresh cut apples and hints of wood spice.
Finish: Sweet and mouth-coating, leading to a refreshing finish.
