Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Aroma of apple-sweet sherry that dances alongside deeper notes of moist currants and cocoa, all gently enveloped in a whisper of smoke.
Palate: A beautifully layered tapestry of flavours, where cinnamon-dusted raisins meet the gentle embrace of smoke and a hint of sea salt.
Finish: The finish is long and warming, with waves of subtle smoke carrying lingering sweetness across the palate.
