A symphony of three distinct spirits all come together in this rye whiskey aged in three types of casks. Starting with a blend of two five-year rye whiskey mash bills finished in our ex-rum cask solera for an additional year, Swinson's chief blender then decided to take that product and play around with a few Añejo Tequila casks.

Maturation: American Oak Char #4 (200L) 5 years 10 months; Rye Whiskey Ex-Rum Cask Solera established: 2020; ex-Añejo tequila - 7 months
Nose: Raisins, golden plums, pineapple skins and oak wood.
Palate: Canned pears in syrup, butterscotch, golden raisins and flakey pie crust.
Finish: Sweet, almost bourbon-y finish. Rye spice meets Turkish Delight.
