Staoisha is the name given to heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, typically bottled by independent bottlers. Established in 1881, Bunnahabhain, meaning 'mouth of the river,' is one of the oldest single malt distilleries in Scotland.
