Nose: Bright. Clean sweet peat smoke, pineapple, pear, and sweet malt.
Palate: Sooty earthiness (with a hint of graphite). Develops to honey sweetness, with apple, banana and ginger.
Finish: Long but quite light. Slight effervescence as the peat starts to fade.
