Nose: Fresh and surprisingly delicate. At first, the aromas are muted, but adding a drop or two of water opens the nose right up. Vanilla, a whiff of coconut, Bosc Pears and citrus.
Palate: Mouthfeel has very good character, vanilla and citrus carrying through from the nose. Spicy notes on the back palate.
Finish: Long finish, with that vanilla still carrying through. The spicier elements close the show.
