Siete Misterios was founded in 2010 by brothers Julio and Eduardo Mestre with the intent of keeping traditional mezcal production at the forefront of the mezcal industry.
Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is made from agave Espadin. It is the first expression from Siete Misterios made in a copper still (rather than the clay pot still used for their other mezcals) and is distilled three times, highlighting its elegance.
Look for aromas and flavours of citrus, melon, mint, herbs and orange, trailed by notes of spice, honey, and clove. The palate is rich, with a warm finish.
