Maligne Range Tekarra Whisky

From the minds behind Bearhill Brewing and Distilling comes the Maligne Range of whiskies that explores creative mash bills (recipes). As craft distillers the Bearhill team see it as their mission to create new and interesting whiskies that ascend beyond the well-worn paths and broaden the understanding of what great Canadian whisky can be. 

Named after Mount Tekarra in Jasper National Park, this whisky features a unique grain mash bill inspired by Imperial Porter - using a masterful selection of malts: Superior Pale, Crystal, Dark Crystal, Chocolate and Midnight Wheat. And taking advantage of the unique Canadian one-eleventh rule, Demerara sugar is added to the pre-distillation wort to create a cascade of flavours.
