Local farmers use Redwood's nutrient rich mash as feed for livestock. And their state-of-the-art water reclamation facility assures only pure water re-enters the water table. This limited edition, cask strength expression comes straight from the barrel. Aged for a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast. Mashbill is: 74% Corn, 20% Rye, 4.5% Malted Barley, 1.5% Wheat.
Nose: Toffee, cherry, soft leather.
Palate: Cherry cola, honey, butterscotch, pecans.
Finish: Medium long with tannic dryness.
