Campbell River’s 1958 Ripple Rock explosion is the inspiration behind this expression of Shelter Point single malt whisky, aged in alligator charred virgin American oak casks and bourbon barrels. Distilled in traditional pot stills with glacier fed aquifer water.
Nose: Vanilla spice and oak.
Palate: Caramel with raisins, barbeque notes, pepper and clove.
Finish: Balanced with toffee and chocolate.
