On Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 7 pm, Whisky Drop is pleased to partner with Carmanah Judith (Western Canada Sales Manager, TS Global), who will taste us through a range of whiskies from the Shinobu Distillery.
Founded in 2017, the Shinobu distillery is located in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. The region is known for its ‘three white treasures’: snow, sake, and rice.
Led by experienced brewer and whisky lover Ken Usami, Shinobu is a sustainable distillery that sources local water and utilises geothermal springs to power production.
