SCN’s Ben Nevis releases are highly regarded, independently bottled Highland single malts often featuring unique, long-term maturation in sherry or charred oak casks.
Known for a "funky," weighty character, these limited, cask-strength, non-chill-filtered expressions frequently highlight intense notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and oak spice.

Nose: Caramel, orange zest and a boozy infused Crème Brûlé,
Palate: The Ben Nevis DNA is very apparent: barnyard funk and sweet pastry are present, along with tannins likely due to cask influence. The absence of any fruit or spice influences is noteworthy.
Finish: Not overly long. Balanced with a hint of milk chocolate at the end.
