Nose: Peaty smoke struts with vanilla and shortbread. Almonds mix with chewy meringue.
Palate: A riot of smoke and citrus. Peat and malt go toe-to-toe with toffee, lime, and burnt corn on the cob.
Finish: Long and sweet with gentle heat ... along with a dash of citrus and a sprinkle of pepper.
