On Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 7 pm, Whisky Drop will feature a selection of whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, Canada and India, each finished in a different wine cask sourced from regions around the world.
After primary maturation in traditional oak, each whisk(e)y underwent secondary maturation, or "finishing," in casks previously used to age wine, taking on colour, flavour, and aromatic characteristics from the wood and the wine it once held.
