Baldur’s Bourbon-Style Whisky is a masterful blend of sour mash whisky and sweet mash whisky. Aged in charred oak barrels to give it it's delicate balance of sweet and bold notes. Sweet corn, honey and vanilla on the palate while the Rye brings a subtle spice and heat to the finish.
Baldur’s Wheated Rye Whisky – Release No.006 (375ml)
From the very first pour, No.006 draws you in with a warm, welcoming nose. Aromas of golden honey, fresh-baked bread, and subtle orchard fruit rise from the glass, hinting at the layers to come. As the whisky opens, gentle notes of vanilla cream, light caramel, and toasted grain add depth and a touch of sweetness.
