The Egan Legacy Series carries forward the time-honoured traditions of Jonathan, Rupert and Maurice Egan. This special release takes you from Tullamore to Vancouver and back again on a voyage worthy of any intrepid adventurer.
This well-travelled single malt has been aged in bourbon barrels before going into Brewhall Craft Brewery’s 7109 (the distance between Ireland and Vancouver) Imperial Stout casks. With their friends at Brewhall, Egan’s has created something truly unique.
Nose: Toasted barley, apple cider, and a little spice
Palate: Espresso, cocoa and raisins.
Finish: Long, with a little fine acidity that gives it a surprisingly refreshing finish.
