This 2000 vintage, 25-year-old from Highland Park was matured in a first-fill bourbon cask (Cask #552) before bottling at 52.6% without chill filtration or added colour on July 31, 2025.
It's called Fight Club - a very appropriate moniker.

Nose: Fragrant vanilla and coconut.
Palate: Fresh lemon, pineapple and grapefruit zest balanced by white pepper.
Finish: A full finish with tropical fruit and soft smoke.
